  1. How far the apartments are from the Beach?

    The Residence is 300mt from the beach.

  2. In addition to the accommodation cost, are there any compulsory or optional costs?
    Club badge or other compulsory costs are not required. It made exception the 200€ deposit to give in cash at your arrival or with credit card by the pre-authorization procedure that automatically decays after 15 consecutive days if not finalized. The deposit is given back at the end of your stay. Moreover, since November the 1st, it has been introduced by Olbia district the tourist tax of 1.80€/guest/night (7 consecutive days max).

    All the other extra costs here listed are optional:

    - Extra bed and bathroom linen change (free the firsts 7 days) -> 20€ guest/change

    - Kitchen cleaning (if it is not done by the guest) -> 40€

    -Tennis court (polyvalent) for our guests
      - day (10-17) 15€/h
      - late afternoon (17-20) 20€/h
      - evening (20-23) 25€/h

    - Football court (polyvalent) for our guests
      - day (10-20) 25€/h
      - evening (20-23) 40€/h

    - Cradle -> 35€/week (It has to be requested during booking)

    - Pets -> 50€/stay (Just small size, to arrange earlier)

  3. Are linen always included?
    Yes, bedroom and bathroom linen is included. The linen change is planned every 7 days. The accommodations do not offer kitchen linen or beach towels.

  4. Is it possible to ask for extra beds or cradle?

    It is possible to ask for a cradle for 35€/week. It is not possible to add beds: the apartments are designed and equipped to make your stay comfortable, extra bed/s would make it less.

    Yes, all the apartments have digitale terrestre TV.

    Yes, the Resort has available free shuttle to and from the beach from June to September, at 9.30-13.30 and 16.00-19.30.

    Yes, public busses are available. The stop to reach the Resort is “viale Porto Istana Fr. Bivio Capo Ceraso” and is 2km away. For info about schedules visit www.arst.it

    We suggest a car especially for those who want to visit the area, with its beaches and green, and for those who want to take advantage of the many services of the near towns (markets, malls, pharmacies,.. in San Teodoro and Porto San Paolo)

    The swimming pool will be open from the first of June to September.

  10. How are equipped the apartments kitchens?
    Kitchens are furnished and equipped with all the necessary: stoves, dishes, glasses, cutleries, burners hob, and basket. Kitchen supply, kettle, and oven are not included.

    Yes, the Resort is provided with a free uncovered parking lot, reserved for its guests. 1 parking space is assigned for each apartment.

    The Resort does have common Wi-Fi area.

  13. When does check-in start?
    The apartments are delivered between 17 and 20. In case of an early arrival, it is possible to use the Resort services and, if the apartment is already done, you can have it ahead of time.

    The Reception will be open 9-13 and 15-19. Beyond this hours, you have previously to agree with reception your arrival time.

    The Resort is sited in a panoramic position with view over Tavolara isle, approximately at 500mt from the sea, and just 8km far from Olbia airport and harbour.

    The Resort is just 8km away from Olbia airport and harbour, 10 minutes more or less.

  17. What characteristics do have Porto Taverna beach?
    Capo Ceraso beach is characterized by golden sand and is surrounded by Mediterranean maquis, splendid inlets and hidden coves typical of Gallura - Costa Smeralda, and boasts a beautiful view over Tavolara isle.

  18. Is the beach suitable for kids?
    Yes, it is suitable also for kids seen its characteristics and its low sea bottom. We do not suggest to take the health trial for the beach with a stroller.

  19. What beaches are near to visit?
    In addition to Capo Ceraso private beach, the other beaches you have to visit are Punta Tronfino, Li Cuncheddi, Punta Ruja, Spiaggia Rotonda Capo Ceraso, Monte Mandriolo, Porto Legnaiolo, Sa Enas Appara, Porto Istana.

    Yes, on the beach you will find:

    Yes, the nearest mini-market is in Murta Maria (2km). You will also find Olbiamare (Auchan) and Iperstanda mall 8-10km far from the Resort, and all Olbia services: theatres, pharmacies, hospital, church, bank, shops, bar, restaurants, tourist harbour.
